Concert Description

Season's Greetings is designed to greet the seasonal change from fall leaves to gently falling snow. This theme is reflected in a stunning, new arrangement by Matthew Culloton, Stopping By the Woods on a Snowy Evening along with Edward Elgar’s The Snow with two violins, and Elaine Hagenberg’s Caritas featuring solo violin. The laughter and joy of the holiday season will be presented with well-known works such as Gloria by Antonio Vivadi and by new composers - several featuring 4-hand piano!

As always, The Edina Chorale sprinkles many of the holiday classics throughout this moving concert such as O Tannenbaum, Hanukkah Madrigal, Wassail Song, It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, and many more. This concert is filled with guest instrumentalists, new sounds, and memorable melodies that awaken the many moods of the holiday season. Fun for all, this concert is sure to delight listeners of all ages as we extend a “Season’s Greeting” to all!

This concert will also be live-streamed for anyone not able to attend in-person (livestream information). Tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for K-12 students. Tickets can be purchased online below or at the door the day of each concert.
